Digital Marketing Specialist


ClearEdge3D, a subsidiary of Topcon America Corporation, is a software company with a wealth of experience in bridging the gap between laser scanned point clouds and 3D digital models to make the construction industry more efficient. We are seeking a talented Software Development Manager to join our young and rapidly growing team. Strong candidates will have a passion for technical leadership and mentoring as well as a strong drive to overcome technological challenges.



Here’s what you bring to the table:

  • You live and breathe marketing—branding, product positioning, analytics, value propositions, aren’t just buzz words to you…they are fundamental building blocks of a marketing and lead gen program. You have a deep understanding of how to use these blocks to create and execute campaigns.
  • Outstanding writing chops—your marketing copy is compelling and clear; your press releases flow beautifully; your emails are pithy and to the point. Writing comes easily and you are flat-out good.
  • You know social—you understand the exponential power of social media and are an experienced practitioner. You “get” that social marketing is about engagement and you consistently devise creative ways to involve customers and prospects.
  • You’re a Pardot (or Marketo) power user—marketing automation software is your friend and you know how to set up campaigns, track results and maximize the power of marketing software. Familiarity with Pardot, Hubspot, or Marketo is important for this gig.
  • At least three years of experience marketing tech—you are a student of marketing theory and practice and are willing to roll up your sleeves and polish your already impressive skills.
  • Your glass is always half full—our team DNA rejects complainers, naysayer, and unhappy people


  • Job Duties:

  • Manage marketing campaigns from beginning to end, including drafting marketing copy, performing necessary set-ups in Pardot and various email, tracking, and reporting campaign analytics
  • Make edits and SEO optimizations to our various websites and ensure content is up to date
  • Identify opportunities for case study development by working closely with our sales and customer teams and coordinate write-ups with 3rd party contractors
  • Design drip campaign programs in Pardot that will nurture cold prospects by leveraging existing marketing content
  • Research and develop new content ideas that can be rolled out in social media, webinars, reports, etc
