This article will cover how to resolve the error message for “No feature: 1,2,100” if you are using a Rithm only license.

The Issue

You are trying to access Rithm by using the Verity desktop launcher, or the Open Verity button found in the “Verity + Rithm” tab inside of Navisworks while only having a Rithm license.

The Solution

To access Rithm with a Rithm-only license, you must open Navisworks first and then proceed to open Rithm from the “Verity +Rithm” tab within Navisworks. Alternatively, you can use the Rithm desktop launcher.
