Verity to Tools for Revit Compatibility
This section covers version compatibility between Verity and Tools for Revit, and how to solve conflicts between them.
Version Compatibility
Verity and Tools for Revit currently have a 1 to 1 relationship between their version compatibility. For example, if you are using the most recent version of Verity, you will need to be using the most recent version of Tools for Revit, which will be packaged with Verity.
Version Conflicts
Under most circumstances users should not need to manually adjust their versions to keep them compatible, as this should be done automatically as of Verity 2.0.1. If a situation occurs in which a version mismatch has occured, this may cause strange behavior such as the Verity portion of the ClearEdge3D tab in Revit to disappear. To resolve this, rerun the Verity installer with the “Force Tools for Revit Installation” box checked in the installer.
