EdgeWise Knowledge Base

This button will bring you to the main page of the Knowledge Base.

About

When clicking the About button, a window containing information about your EdgeWise and license will appear. This window will contain information such as:

  • EdgeWise version number
  • Modules available for use on your active license
  • Contact information for ClearEdge3D
  • Maintenance or Subscription expiration date

When creating a support ticket, it is helpful to include a screenshot of the About screen.
